Neda is the Managing Lawyer of Nazari-Pruden Law, which she founded out of her desire to best serve her Client's from various communities within the Greater Toronto Area.
Neda practices civil litigation with an interest in the areas of personal injury, statutory accident benefits, occupier’s liability and insurance coverage claims.
Neda is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and ICLP (Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals) .
Neda first obtained her Master In International Law from the Tehran Azad University in Tehran and then obtained her Juris Doctor (JD) degree in common law at the University of Ottawa. After articling with a law firm in the heart of downtown Toronto she was immediately hired as an associate with the firm.
Neda has a significant number of years of experience in civil litigation and is an active member and supporter of the Iranian Canadian Community. Neda's fluency in Farsi allows her to fully support and advocate on behalf of any Client's who may face language barriers.
