Nazari-Pruden Law is a Client focused, Boutique Law Firm located in the city of Toronto. Our goal is to manage all of the complexities and stress of litigation and insurance claims on your behalf, allowing you the time and ability to fully recover.
In the majority of cases, we work with our Clients using a contingency agreement. This means that we do not get paid until you do. During the life of a claim, there can be a number of treatments that are not covered. Our firm will manage these expenses on your behalf until you receive your settlement.
Furthermore, our Clients are also provided the option to purchase Cost Insurance to help protect them from unexpected fees, should a case prove to be unsuccessful.
Neda Nazari-Pruden
Founder/Managing Lawyer
As the Founder and Managing Lawyer of Nazari-Pruden Law, Neda puts her many years of experience in civil litigation towards providing her clients with the excellence and support required to successfully resolve a claim.
Neda first obtained her Master In International Law degree from the Tehran Azad University in Tehran and then obtained her Juris Doctor (JD) in Common Law at the University of Ottawa in Canada. After articling with a law firm in the heart of downtown Toronto, Neda was immediately hired as an associate following her call to the Bar.
Prior to becoming a Lawyer Neda gained extensive experience as a Law Clerk, working in some of the premier practices in Toronto. This gives Neda the unique ability to understand the full spectrum of needs that her clients have, and tailor Nazari-Pruden Law’s services to meet them.
In addition to the services that Neda provides across all communities, Neda is a proud and active member/supporter of the Iranian Canadian Community. With her personal experience, understanding of her Iranian Clients needs, and fluency in Farsi, Neda is able to provide in-depth counsel and advocate on behalf of Clients who may face communication barriers.
Neda is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and ICLP (Iranian Canadian Legal Professionals). Additionally, as a member of the Yara Leadership Society, Neda is engaged in the continuous promotion and support of Women leaders and advocates globally.
